How we got here
We opened in 1996 and never moved. Nearly three decades later most of the cars in the lot belong to people who were sent here by a neighbor, a coworker, or a family member. That is the whole growth strategy, and it only works if the diagnosis is right and the invoice matches the conversation.
Independent means we answer to the person holding the keys. Nobody upstairs is pushing a monthly quota on us, so when a repair can wait, we tell you it can wait. When it cannot, we explain exactly what we found and what it takes to make it right.
